Your order is on your “Account” page. You can view your orders in the Order tab.
You can use your coupon code once you are done placing your order.
Go to cart. Confirm your order before inserting it in the coupon code box situated at the bottom of the page. The coupon code will be effected and the discount will be given on your order.
Yes, Chopwell gives the exact same price as you would get from the restaurants you are ordering from.
How We Work
Chopwell is a food delivery service that serves you with meals from your favourite restaurants delivered to your doorsteps; home, office and at any place of comfort.
Click on Visit Restaurants on the homepage to view all the restaurants. You can also search for a specific restaurant by name and location.
Chopwell opens by 8am and closes by 10pm
Click on the Forgot My Password link and fill in your email. You will get a link to reset your password.
With a Chopwell Account you can order meals for yourself and your loved ones regardless of where you are.
A Chopwell account allows you add multiple addresses, offers you food coupons and an overall seamless food experience.
You can create an account on Chopwell through “Account”. Click on Account on the menu, fill in your details and there you have it your very own Chopwell account.
Go to the restaurant of your choice, select from their menu what you want to order (you can select multiple items from the menu)
Adjust the quantity of the items. Click on your cart, confirm your items and proceed to payment. You have successfully placed an order on Chopwell.

When you place an order through our Service, you will receive an email confirming the order.

Yes they are. Chopwell will not share any personal detail that includes credit or debit card information, name, address and phone number with any company. Chopwell does not have access to debit or credit card details that are uploaded by the customer on our website.
You can reach us by placing a call within 5 mins of order placement.
NOTE: Orders can only be cancelled if you haven’t received a call to confirm your order.
Yes, once your order is picked up a rider will call you just to inform you that he is on his way to deliver.

The total price paid at Checkout is comprised of cost of meal, delivery fees and VAT.
No, you don’t have to create an account to place an order.
Chopwell aims to have your food delivered within the shortest possible time, however we always try to ensure orders are delivered under 45 minutes to an hour.
Delivery costs is the cost Chopwell and its logistics partners undertake to deliver your food to you from the restaurants.
You can only pay for your order online with your credit / debit card.
